How do I create an account?

How do I use discount code?

When you are ready to checkout, enter the promotional code into the "Discount code" box and proceed with the checkout. The offer will be applied to all applicable items in your cart when entering the discount code.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from your account page. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification by SMS and email that your order has been dispatched. You can also contact our Customer Service at info@lernitoys.ae or by clicking here. We will be happy to assist you.

How to shop?

The shopping process at www.lernitoys.ae in 3 simple steps
    1. Choose your product Browse through our extensive selection and select the products that catch your eye. Add them to your basket by simply clicking the green “To buy” button.
      2. Go to the cart Once you’ve gathered all the desired items, navigate to your cart by clicking the green icon in the upper right corner. Take a moment to review and modify the contents of your cart as needed. If you have a discount coupon from a voucher, don't forget to enter the code in the designated area at the bottom left.
        Next, proceed to the checkout phase by clicking the prominent green "Proceed to checkout" button.
          3. Proceed to checkout Provide your delivery and invoicing details, and select your preferred delivery and payment method. Your order overview displays the total amount on the right-hand side.
            Should you wish to send us a message, please jot it down in the note section.
              Before finalising your purchase, kindly acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions by ticking the corresponding box.

How do I change my details?

To change your account details, simply log in and navigate to the "My Account" section. From there, you should be able to edit and update your personal information, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and other relevant details.

What is the Wishlist?

The Wishlist is a feature on our website that lets you save products you're interested in for future reference. It helps you keep track of items you want to purchase. You can also share your Wishlist with others as a gift idea.

Orders

How do I know if I completed my order?

When you reach our Thank you page and see the confirmed details of your order, it means it’s completed and we have received your order successfully. We’ll also send you an email and SMS confirming that we’ve received your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared. Shipped means your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email and SMS confirming dispatch. Delivered means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.

Can I place an order for items that are out of stock?

Sometimes our toys sell out quicker than we anticipate. But don't worry! We're hustling behind the scenes to restock them promptly. If you come across an item currently out of stock, simply enter your email address in the designated text field, and we'll personally notify you when it's back in our inventory. We can't wait to bring back the joy of that toy to you!
